The new freehold condominium project; located in the heart of Phuket, consists of 24 low-rise blocks from 2 to 6 stories with 227 spacious studio and one-bedroom residences, clubhouse and facilities building, large artificial lake, freeform pools and playground.
Key design features include cut and fill design to balance earthworks for slope terrains and various platform levels as well as geotechnical specialist to test and determine suitable rock layer for piling design. Foundation and superstructure optimizations are also implemented to achieve cost efficiency while meeting the owner’s requirements and the architectural design intent.

A new residential development; adjacent to the well-known Mega Bangna Shopping Complex, has approximately 108,000 m2 GFA. The project has two 46-story towers with a RC load-bearing wall system for RC floor slab supports.
