The existing RASA Towers (Towers A and B); originally built in 1992, are undergoing renovation into Grade A office buildings with a total lettable area of 45,000 m2 (approx.) and achieving LEED Gold certification.
Key services include evaluating the building’s existing structural conditions through various on-site tests, structural strengthening, and design supports for the required structures to accommodate new architectural functions/features and building services.

A 32-year-old, vehicle-service building is upgrading to serve as new office and training center. A new facility requires 60% higher floor loads with new features such as additional passenger lift, architectural cladding/facade, ceiling framing, and new canopy.
