BCPG District Cooling System

Services: Owner engineer for pre-construction phase
Located in the prime Sam Yan commercial area, the new DCS plant will have a projected cooling load of 18,000 Refrigeration Tonnes (RT) to serve the cooling needs of the developments in the Chula Smart City project.
Key services include concept civil and structural design with specification for inclusion in the TOR document, and evaluation of the EPC contractor's technical bid submissions.
