Part of the iconic One Bangkok mixed-use development, a design-built project for a 33-story premium grade A office building with retail spaces on podium floors. The tower has approximately 148,000 m2 GFA with four basements.

Key design features include alternative structural system, optimized structural floor framing, and optimized core wall design.

A pre-construction study; in collaboration with ARUP the well-known international engineering firm, on the new mixed-use development tower with highly complex geometries.
