The project is the expansion of the existing Pre-School (the First Steps) located on Sukhumvit 31. This newly built Primary School will offer educational services for children aged 5 to 11 years of age. The new school building with approximately 10,000 m2 GFA includes an all-weather artificial grass football pitch, a 25-meter covered swimming pool, a large sports hall, and a dance studio.
Key design features include design optimization on column grids, piling and foundation, and a long-span concrete roof structure.

A new 4,000 m2 culinary school building in Muang Thong Thani area.
Key design features include selection of the best optimized structure which is a key to optimize cost and to achieve fast-track construction. The building is located in a Seismic Zone 4 of Bangkok Basin area with Importance Level III which will require the highest seismic design category (SDC) as per local seismic code requirements.
